Welcome to [community profile] sun_salutation!

This is a community for practitioners of yoga. All forms and all levels of practice are welcome. You should feel you are welcome here whether you practice for exercise or inner zen. We all bring something useful to share with each other.

Please use this as a place to share your thoughts. Ruminate on your favorite posture. Describe how Cobra makes you feel. Discuss the power of mudras. Just share with other people who enjoy the practice of yoga as much as you do.

Please use this space to ask practical questions. Are you just considering taking up yoga and you want to know if you really need yoga blocks? Are you an enthusiastic beginner looking for a good class? Have you seen a new DVD and want to find out if it is any good? Please offer your thoughts, too, reviewing books and "lifestyle" products, courses, instructors, or even discussing the things most important to you about the various forms and types of practice.
